Rates

Rates are charged from portal to portal. These are simple flat rates; we do not penalize our customers for emergencies by charging a higher rate. These rates are for the on-call, per-incident customers.

We also offer contracted rates at a reduce hourly cost. See 'Contracted' link to the left for more information.
